We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible. Orders received before 15.00 Monday to Friday for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched from our premises the same day. Orders received after 15.00 for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched the next  day (excluding sundays).

Should an item be out of stock or a special order we will obtain it as soon as possible. We will inform you via e mail if an item is out of stock and give you the opportunity to cancel your order,resulting in a full refund.

For orders under £40.00 we despatch via Royal Mail recorded first class delivery service.Orders over £40.00 will be despatched via Royal mail special delivery guaranteed next working day (excluding weekends).All orders over £40.00 placed on a friday will be despatched via royal mail special delivery should receive on saturday morning but not guaranteed.
